Financial Coaching FAQs
We offer a 15-minute telephone consultation to assess your financial coaching needs.
We offer virtual, telephone, and in-person consultations.
Depending on the session, e.g. session 1, 2, etc., your coach goes over with you the “game plan” for the session and provides coaching to you. He or she might assign you homework to complete by the next session.
Absolutely, whatever you and your coach discuss is between the two or if its joint coaching with your spouse, the three of you, stays between you.
Yes, it is free. However, we strongly recommend that a donation be made to cover the cost of the coaching. We are a very small non-profit with extremely limited resources, so donations are greatly needed and appreciated.
Tax Prepartion FAQs
You will need to bring the following: valid photo ID (if married your spouse must also have theirs, original social security cards for all persons on the return, income documents (such as Forms W-2, 1099, etc.), bank information.

Yes, we prepare state returns, including multiple states.
Yes, we will prepare prior year returns. Albeit, we will scan your documents for the prior years and prepare them offsite.
Absolutely, we prepare the returns and e-file both the federal and state returns for free.
Prior year returns might not be available for e-filing. In which case, we provide you with a copy to mail to the correct taxing authority and copies for your records.
We give you a copy for your records at the time of filing. If you need one later, we can provide you with a copy depending on the year.
Please note that the IRS will change software providers after so many years. When that happens, we no longer have access to the return, even if it was the last year.
